3. Marketplace Role

KiwiVehicles is a platform providing a marketplace for connecting vehicle buyers and sellers. We do not:

• Act as a party in the transaction between buyer and seller.
• Guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of any vehicle listed.
• Accept liability for any disputes arising from trades or sales.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating fraudulent or misleading listings.
• Harassing other members or support staff.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform’s security or performance.
• Posting inappropriate content or spam.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, software, and design elements are the property of KiwiVehicles. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
